Chief Financial Officer for You and Your Family.

Who is your go-to person when you have a money-related question? Unfortunately for most people the answer to that is Google. While search engines can be a wealth of information, they’re also designed to try to direct you to ads and try to sell you things. Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone you can go to for unbiased financial advice and guidance?

That’s where we come in. We are here to manage the business that is your financial life. Comprehensive financial planning is not limited to just the money you have invested with us. We provide resources to assist you with retirement planning, saving for College, tax planning, estate planning, charitable donations, insurance planning, budgeting, and more.

The core of what we do is dependent upon understanding what is important to you and what your goals are. You may not have clearly defined goals yet and that’s okay. Let’s create a plan that puts your financial independence at the forefront.

To make sure you stay on track to reach your goals we use financial planning software from MoneyGuide. This software uses “Monte Carlo Analysis” to run thousands of simulations of market returns for your portfolio and continuously tracks the probability of future success for your plan.

Of course life changes, and your goals change with it. The financial plans we create are dynamic and we will meet with you regularly to see what adjustments need to be made to keep you on track.

What types of accounts do we offer?

  • Single and Joint investment accounts with no minimums

How much does it cost?

We never charge planning fees and don’t offer commission-based products. We don’t charge for our time either, and no money exchanges hands until you become a client.

All accounts we offer are fee-based, which means you pay a percentage of the total amount invested with us. This type of fee structure aligns our goals with yours as we are incentivized to help you grow your money.

Our advisory fee starts at 1% of AUM annually for accounts up to $1,000,000. This fee may also be discounted for larger accounts.

There is no contract or minimum investment period, and funds may be deposited, withdrawn, or transferred at any time.

Anything else?

We are partnered with Charles Schwab which means we have access to everything Schwab Bank has to offer. This includes high-yield checking and savings accounts as well as the Pledged Asset Line, which can allow you to take out a loan for any purpose using your investment account balance as collateral. This can help with business start up costs, home renovations, or any other short-term financing needs you may have without sabotaging your long-term investment strategy. Certain account types may be eligible for margin and options trading as well.

Accounts have the ability to be linked to any external checking or savings accounts for convenient and easy transfers in or out of your Clark Private Wealth accounts. This also allows for optional systematic deposits into your account as often as you’d like to go toward your long-term investing goals.

Financial planning doesn’t start and end with your investments. While we are not licensed to provide legal or tax advice, we can partner with your CPA, estate planning attorney, or any other financial professional you work with to create a plan that covers all areas of your finances.
